Order Processing

The Information You Need to Know

  • Visit, like, and follow our social media page (Facebook: Borealis South Sea Pearls and Diamonds) and browse through the albums to check out our limited-edition items. By following our page, you will also be updated with our recent promotions and scheduled Facebook live sales events.

  • All our items posted on our social media page are available on-hand but on LIMITED quantities.

  • For all price inquiries, please screenshot the item and message the page privately. We will respond within 24 hours. Note that all prices are in Canadian Dollars. 

  • Our products are fast-moving items, we therefore strongly encourage you to RESERVE your items ASAP.

  • To RESERVE: Once you have selected the item or items of your choice, take a screenshot of the item(s) and send it via private message to the page along with the following information: Complete Name (Receiver of Shipment) - Address - Contact Number

  • Upon receipt of your reservation, the page will send you confirmation INVOICE and will hold your items for 24 hours.   

  • To finalize your ORDER, payment is required.  Please see payment terms for details.  Failure to pay within the 24-hour reservation validity period will mean automatic cancellation of your reservation.  Cancelled item(s) will be released for sale to new prospective buyers.

Payment Terms/Options

  • Invoices are due within 3 days and must be paid in full.

  • Lay away plan is available for individual items with retail price of $1,000 or more.  50% deposit upfront is required and the remaining 50% will be payable within 30 days.

  • For purchasers who were not able to pay the remaining 50% within 30 days, their order is automatically cancelled, and the item will be released for sale to new prospective buyers.

  • 50% deposits for cancelled transactions are non-refundable but can be applied as credit towards future purchases.

  • Interac e-transfer (the page will send details via private message upon confirmation of reservation)

  • Other Payment Options to follow (BBO account transfer)

Authenticity, Shipping, and Delivery

What You Need to Know

  • All South Sea Pearl items come with a certificate of authenticity.

  • Individual items with a retail price of $2,000 or more come with a certificate of authenticity and appraisal from a GIA-certified appraiser or licensed gemologist.

  • Canada-wide standard shipping fees apply.

  • Introductory promo: For purchases $500 and above, shipping is free.

  • Shipping is scheduled on Fridays and Mondays for fully paid items. Payment cut-off is Thursdays and Sundays, which means only items fully paid at least 1 day prior to the shipping schedule will be sent out for distribution.

  • You will receive a message from the page regarding the shipment information (WAYBILL) of your purchases. 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As we are a small business, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, POLICY STRICTLY APPLIES.
